I have been a license hair stylist since 1984. Once I mastered the basics of hair (cuts, colors, perms, etc.), I wanted to offer more.

In 1990, I realized that there wasn't a lot of options for people with thinning, fine hair; not to mention the growing amount of people with different forms of alopecia. So I started training in 1991 in New York. I became a Hair Replacement Specialist in various techniques of adding hair. Over the next few years I assisted in training classes in both Chicago & New York salons. Along the way, I worked for Premier Salons International, where I trained at Vidal Sasoon School in Santa Monica, California to become a design team trainer.

Putting all these together with the desire to own my own salon brought me to opening Salon Nouveau in 1996. During the next 10 years I worked on my own, offering my clients the individual service & attention they needed & deserved. In 2004, I became certified for cyber hair accents (extensions) & Micro Point links. I am the only salon to offer Accents & Micro Point links in Green Bay and all of Brown County, Wisconsin.

In 2006, I opened Salons On Huron, a salon suite rental. The concept is unique, its a salon that rents suites (private rooms) to licensed independent hair stylists, massage therapists, and nail techs. As you walk in to Salons On Huron you will find a warm inviting walk way to each individual salon suite, with their own salon name above each private entrance. Salon Nouveau is the first salon on your right as you enter Salons On Huron.
